Colorado Blue law changes in Senate hearing today

Colorado Senate committees will today consider a bill that would allow liquor stores to be open on Sundays. Another bill is separately being considered to allow grocery stores to allocate 5% of its floor space to beer and wine sales.

Liquor retailers are supporting the move to open on Sundays in hopes that the bill to allow grocery stores to sell beer and wine will be defeated.
